Flowers & Friends

      Friends in a way are like beautiful flowers; there are many different kinds of flowers and colors, just like our friends are.
      There are times when we thought that someone was a flower friend but they turned out to be nothing but a weed that keeps bringing us down to the ground. They are not a part of our beautiful flowers of friends that keep us up, reaching for the sun and the stars.
​       We need to weed out our flower garden at times, just like we need to weed out friends that keep pulling us down in life. Flowers make us happy and weeds can make us sad.
