Thoughts run through our minds like water running down a mountain top. Our thoughts control what mood we are in.Think happy thoughts, then you are happy, think sad thoughts ,then you are sad. We need to try to keep positive thoughts in our minds; it isn’t easy at times to do it. When you get bad thoughts in your mind, say the word, “stop,” out loud or just to yourself, and then change your thoughts to good thoughts. You may have to say the word, “stop” several times to remove the bad thoughts.
There are times when we have problems in our life that we have to try to think about ways to solve our problems. What isn’t good is when we keep bad thoughts in our mind about things that we have no control over. Happy thoughts = happy person.
